By purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

CMS4BIZ provides website design, branding, hosting, domain registration, and related digital services as outlined in the selected package.

2. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe or approved payment providers.
• We do not store your payment details.
• Full payment (or agreed deposit) is required before project commencement.
• Prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.

3. Project Timeline

• Standard delivery time is within 10 business days after receiving all required information.
• Delays in providing content or approvals may affect timelines.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information
• Supply content, images, and business details as required
• Review and approve work promptly

5. Content Creation

• We can create website content based on the information you provide.
• You may also supply your own content.
• Final responsibility for content accuracy remains with you.

6. Revisions

• Packages include a limited number of revisions as specified.
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Domain Ownership

• Your domain name is registered under your name.
• You retain full ownership and can transfer it to another provider at any time.

8. Hosting & Included Period

• Hosting and domain services are provided for the agreed period (e.g., 1 or 3 years).
• Renewal after this period is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

9. Technical Support

• Support is limited to minor updates, maintenance, and technical assistance.
• Major changes or new features may incur additional fees.

10. Upgrades

• You may upgrade your package at any time.
• Additional costs will apply based on the selected upgrade.

11. SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

• Basic SEO setup is included where applicable.
• We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results, as these depend on many external factors.

12. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers (e.g., hosting, domain registrars, payment gateways).
We are not responsible for their service interruptions or policy changes.

13. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final website and design assets (excluding licensed tools/plugins) are owned by you.
• We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

14. Licensed Tools

• We use licensed premium tools such as Elementor Pro and cPanel hosting.
• Licences remain under our management unless otherwise agreed.

15. Liability Limitation

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including business interruption or loss of data.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

16. Cancellations & Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has commenced.
• Any refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

17. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
